The TAPEMASTER X SX is a fully automatic horizontal banding machine built around a long servo-controlled conveyor table. Unlike machines with idle roller tables, boxes move continuously through the banding ring, which applies adhesive tape bands automatically at operator-set intervals along the box length, removing the need for manual positioning.
Box size range: 200 x 50 mm to 580 x 225 mm (W x H), minimum length 600 mm.
The box enters on the servo-controlled conveyor table, which precisely tracks its position as it travels through the banding ring. Instead of the operator holding the box at a fixed point, the conveyor and ring work together to apply tape automatically at the selected intervals along the full length of the box, enabling continuous, fully automatic operation with no manual intervention between cycles.
