The TAPEMASTER S is a compact semi-automatic horizontal banding machine that reinforces and seals small to medium boxes with adhesive tape. The operator places the box on the roller table and the rotating ring applies one or more tape bands around it, strengthening the closure and preventing tampering during transport.
Box size range: 200 x 50 mm to 580 x 225 mm (W x H), minimum length 400 mm.
The box is loaded onto the infeed roller table and advanced by hand into the banding ring. The ring rotates around the box, wrapping adhesive tape at the selected position, then the box exits onto the outfeed roller table. Because the rollers are idle (non-powered), the operator controls box positioning, making the TAPEMASTER S well suited to lower-volume or mixed-box operations.
