The Supra 400 is an automatic L-bar POF shrink wrapping machine that seals clear polyolefin film around each product in an L-shape and shrinks it tight in an integrated heat tunnel. With a sealing jaw of 450 x 500 mm and a capacity of up to 30 pkg/min (max.), it suits food, cosmetics, printed matter and consumer goods that need a clean, transparent, retail-ready pack. Built in Bursa by Edda, Turkiye's first manufacturer of horizontal stretch wrapping machines.
Products are placed on the infeed conveyor and enter centre-folded POF film. The L-shaped sealing bar closes, cutting and sealing the film on two sides in one stroke, and the sealed pack moves straight into the shrink tunnel, where hot air shrinks the film evenly around the product. Sealing, cutting and transfer run automatically from the operator panel.
