The Alfa 650 is Edda's premium, fully continuous side sealer POF shrink wrapping machine. With kissing belts and a flying cross-seal jaw, it seals and cuts the film while products keep moving, reaching up to 60 pkg/min (max.) and wrapping products of unlimited length in clear POF film for a tight, glossy, retail-ready finish. Built in Bursa by Edda, Turkiye's first manufacturer of horizontal stretch wrapping machines.
Products are fed continuously into centre-folded POF film. The side sealer closes the open long edge of the film along the moving product, while kissing belts hold film and product together and keep them travelling without a stop. A flying cross-seal jaw moves with the product to make the front and rear seals on the run, so the line never pauses — this is what lets the Alfa 650 reach up to 60 pkg/min (max.). The sealed pack then passes through the shrink tunnel for a tight, clear finish.

Kissing belts carry film and product together without stopping, and a flying cross-seal jaw seals and cuts while travelling with the product, so the line never has to pause between packs.
