The Alfa 650 is an automatic L-bar POF shrink wrapping machine built for high-speed, continuous production lines. It seals and shrink-wraps products of unlimited length in clear polyolefin (POF) film, giving a tight, glossy, retail-ready finish at up to 60 pkg/min (max.). Built in Bursa by Edda, Turkiye's first manufacturer of horizontal stretch wrapping machines.
Products are fed into the L-bar sealing station, where the POF film is cut and sealed around the product on two sides in a single stroke, then carried through the shrink tunnel where heat shrinks the film tight against the product for a clear, glossy finish. Because the sealing and shrinking stages are separate, product length is unlimited and the line can run continuously at up to 60 pkg/min (max.).
