The Nouva 4065 is a PE shrink wrapping machine with an integrated heat tunnel, designed for lower bundles and multi-packs up to 200 mm high. It wraps products in 20-100 micron PE film with a 650 mm sealing bar and reaches up to 12 pkg/min (max.), making it a good fit for cans, jars, small bottles and flat cartons that need to travel as one stable pack. Built in Bursa by Edda, Turkiye's first manufacturer of horizontal stretch wrapping machines.
Products are conveyed into the sealing station, where PE film from the upper and lower rolls forms a curtain around the pack. The sealing bar closes, sealing and cutting the film, and the wrapped bundle travels on through the heat tunnel, where the thicker PE film shrinks tightly to hold the units together as one stable, easy-to-handle pack.

PE film is thicker and stronger, so it is the right choice for heavier multi-packs and bundles such as bottles, cans and boxes that must stay together in transport. POF film is thinner and clearer, and is preferred for single retail products.
