The Flexia 4095 is a PE shrink wrapping machine with an integrated heat tunnel for bundling bottles, cans, boxes and trays into stable multi-packs. It takes packs up to 300 mm high in 20-100 micron PE film with a 950 mm sealing bar, on a compact 3200 mm-long frame with only 1.5 kW main motor power — a space- and energy-efficient choice for medium production volumes of up to 8 pkg/min (max.). Built in Bursa by Edda, Turkiye's first manufacturer of horizontal stretch wrapping machines.
Products are conveyed into the sealing station, where PE film from the upper and lower rolls forms a curtain around the pack. The sealing bar closes, sealing and cutting the film, and the wrapped bundle travels on through the heat tunnel, where the thicker PE film shrinks tightly to hold the units together as one stable, easy-to-handle pack.
