The Framewrap 250S is the largest model in the Framewrap series, an automatic orbital stretch wrapping machine for the biggest window and door frames, panels and profiles. It applies stretch film through a wide rotating ring as the product advances on the conveyor, protecting surfaces and stabilising the load, with no limit on product length.
Minimum product size: 40 x 890 x 1250 mm (W x H x L).
The product travels along the conveyor belt through the wide vertical wrapping ring, which rotates to wind stretch film around the frame or panel. Ring speed and conveyor speed are set independently to control film overlap and wrap tightness for the largest items in the range.
