The Framewrap 180S is an automatic orbital stretch wrapping machine for window and door frames, mouldings and profiles, offering a higher ring speed than the 150S for faster production cycles. It applies stretch film through a rotating ring as the product advances on the conveyor, protecting surfaces and stabilising the load, with no limit on product length.
Minimum product size: 40 x 500 x 750 mm (W x H x L).
The product travels along the conveyor belt through the vertical wrapping ring, which rotates to wind stretch film around the frame. With a ring speed of up to 50 rpm, the 180S wraps faster than the 150S while keeping overlap and tension consistent. Fully automatic operation minimises operator involvement.

What is the minimum product size?
40 x 500 x 750 mm (W x H x L).
How does the 180S differ from the 150S?
The 180S has a stronger main motor and a higher total installed power, built for faster, higher-volume production.
What stretch film widths does the machine support?
Stretch film up to 250 mm wide, on a Ø230 mm roll with a Ø76 mm core.
What power supply does it require?
Total installed power is 4.5 kW, on a 380 V, 50/60 Hz, 3P+1N+1G supply.
