The Crosswrap 1500S is the larger model in the Crosswrap series, an automatic 360° stretch wrapping machine for bigger circular and coiled products that standard horizontal wrappers cannot handle well. It wraps stretch film around the circumference of the product in real time, compatible with all kinds of circular shapes.

The coiled or circular product advances on the conveyor and is wrapped with stretch film around its full circumference in real time, so the film follows the circular profile rather than a straight pass. With a larger ring opening than the 1000S, it handles bigger coils and wheel diameters while keeping overlap and tension consistent.
