The Crosswrap 1000S is an automatic 360° stretch wrapping machine built for circular and coiled products that standard horizontal wrappers cannot handle well. It wraps stretch film around the circumference of the product in real time, compatible with all kinds of circular shapes.

The coiled or circular product advances on the conveyor and is wrapped with stretch film around its full circumference in real time, so the film follows the circular profile rather than a straight pass. Ring and conveyor speeds are set independently to control film overlap and tension on the coil.
