The Robowrap 2700 VPT is a battery-powered self-propelled pallet wrapping robot. Instead of placing the load on a turntable, the robot drives around the pallet and wraps it with stretch film, so there is no limit on pallet size or weight. It is ideal for oversized pallets, big boxes, machinery and loads that cannot be lifted onto a turntable, and it can be taken to wherever the load is in the warehouse. The VPT version has a motorised pre-stretch carriage (0–250%) for lower film consumption.

When should I choose a robot instead of a turntable wrapper?
When loads are larger, heavier or more irregular than a turntable allows, or when you need to wrap in different places in the warehouse. For standard pallets up to 1300 × 1100 mm, a turntable machine such as the Wraptor 1650 MB 2700 is usually faster.
How is the robot powered?
It runs on a 24 V DC battery and is recharged from a standard 220 V single-phase socket.
What is the difference between MB and VPT?
MB uses a mechanical brake for film tension (0–100%); VPT has motorised pre-stretch (0–250%) and uses less film per pallet.
