The Spinner 1500 S BN is an automatic horizontal orbital wrapper that applies both an air bubble film layer and a stretch film layer in a single pass, for bedroom furniture, bed bases, cabinet covers, door frames, laminate flooring, sandwich panels and wood panels that need extra surface protection. Built in Bursa by Edda, Turkiye's first manufacturer of horizontal stretch wrapping machines.
Minimum product size is 200 x 18 x 700 mm (W x H x L), with no upper limit on product length.
The product travels along the belt conveyor (up to 10 m/min, 100 kg/m load capacity) through the ring, which applies an air bubble film layer (up to 1350 mm wide, 600 mm reel diameter) followed by a stretch film layer (up to 250 mm wide, 230 mm diameter), rotating at 15 to 60 rpm. The cutting and welding unit works between 50 and 150 C and accepts PE film, PE air bubble film or PVC film.
