The Olympia 100 S BN is an automatic horizontal wrapping machine that combines air bubble film and stretch film for flat and long products such as doors, profiles and panels. Products travel through the rotating ring on a belt conveyor and come out wrapped first in air bubble film for cushioning, then in stretch film for a tight, secure finish, with no limit on product length. Built in Bursa by Edda, Turkiye's first manufacturer of horizontal stretch wrapping machines.
Minimum product size is 100 x 18 x 600 mm (W x H x L), with no upper limit on product length.
Products are loaded onto the belt conveyor and carried through a rotating ring that first applies air bubble film for cushioning, then stretch film for a tight protective finish, giving full, even coverage on all sides without manual handling. Conveyor speed and ring rotation are adjustable to match product size and line speed.
