The TapeMaster S is a semi-automatic orbital tape banding machine. A ring rotating at 28 rpm wraps adhesive tape around the product as it passes through, closing boxes, securing lids and bundling flat products without straps or film. The operator pushes the product across 700 mm infeed and outfeed roller tables; the ring tapes it in an average 5–6 seconds. It handles products from 200 × 50 mm up to 580 × 225 mm (W × H), with a minimum length of 400 mm.

What is orbital tape banding?
Instead of strapping or stretch film, the machine wraps a band of adhesive tape around the product with a rotating ring. It closes and bundles boxes quickly and leaves a clean, printable surface.
Which tape can I use?
Standard 45–65 mm adhesive tape on a Ø76 mm core, rolls up to Ø250 mm.
What is the difference between TapeMaster S/M/L and TapeMaster SX/MX/LX?
TapeMaster S/M/L are semi-automatic with short roller tables; TapeMaster SX/MX/LX are fully automatic with 2950 mm motorised conveyors for in-line use.
