The Spinner 600 S is a compact automatic horizontal orbital stretch wrapper for door frames, mouldings, laminate flooring and small aluminium, steel and wood profiles. Products pass through the rotating film ring on a belt conveyor and exit fully wrapped in stretch film, with no limit on product length. Built in Bursa by Edda, Turkiye's first manufacturer of horizontal stretch wrapping machines.

How it works
The product travels along the belt conveyor (up to 15 m/min, 100 kg/m load capacity) through the film ring, which rotates at 20 to 85 rpm to wrap a continuous spiral of stretch film around it. Film width is up to 170 mm, with a maximum roll diameter of 230 mm on a 76 mm core, in 23, 30 or 35 micron thickness.
