The Framewrap 150S is a compact automatic orbital stretch wrapping machine purpose-built for small window and door frames, mouldings and slim profiles. It applies stretch film through a rotating ring as the product advances on the conveyor, protecting surfaces and stabilising the load for transport, with no limit on product length.
Minimum product size: 40 x 500 x 750 mm (W x H x L).
The product travels along the conveyor belt through the vertical wrapping ring, which rotates to wind stretch film around the frame. Ring speed and conveyor speed are set independently to control film overlap and wrap tightness. Fully automatic operation keeps cycle times short and wrapping consistent across runs.
