The Scanning Station measures each product in 3D as it passes on the conveyor and sends the width, height and length directly to the CNC box machine. The box is then cut to the exact size with no manual measuring or typing, which removes errors and speeds up packaging of mixed product sizes. It is part of the Themis automatic cardboard packaging line together with C-Suite and Sealmaster.
