Lotis Max is a fully automatic box packaging line for flat-pack (RTA) furniture. Filled cartons arrive on the infeed conveyor, a sensor checks the width of each box and servo-driven side belts adjust automatically, so boxes of different sizes can run one after another without manual setup. A 3-head taping unit closes and seals the box, and an automatic labeller on a 45° conveyor applies the label before the box leaves the line. Everything is controlled from a Windows-based touch panel.

Which products is Lotis Max for?
Flat-pack (ready-to-assemble) furniture packed in long, flat cartons: panels, cabinet parts, shelves, beds and similar products.
Do I have to adjust the line for each box size?
No. A sensor measures the width of each box and the servo side belts adjust automatically, so mixed sizes can run in sequence.
Can it be combined with a CNC box machine?
Yes. Boxes made to measure on an Edda CNC box machine such as Neobox, Optibox or C-Suite can be closed and taped on Lotis Max.
