Spinner 2200 S Pallet is a fully automatic end-of-line packaging line for palletised loads and stacks of wooden panels, MDF, chipboard and similar board products. Loads leave production on roller conveyors, are wrapped by a heavy-duty orbital ring with 500 mm stretch film and arrive at the end of the line secured and ready for storage or truck loading, with no operator at the wrapper. Designed and built in Bursa by Edda, Turkiye's first manufacturer of horizontal stretch wrapping machines.
Loads are transferred from production onto the infeed roller conveyors and positioned automatically for wrapping. The Spinner 2200 S orbital ring rotates at 10–35 rpm and wraps 500 mm stretch film from rolls of up to Ø250 mm and 18 kg around the load as it passes, then the wrapped load is conveyed to the end of the line for pick-up. The standard layout is 4250 x 3150 x 26000 mm; conveyors, transfers and options such as top-sheet film units are configured for each project.
