The Spinner 2200 S panel packaging line is an automatic orbital stretch wrapping line for sandwich panels, roof panels, ceiling panels and large stacks of aluminium, steel or wooden panels. Its 2200 mm class orbital ring wraps panel stacks of unlimited length with 500 mm wide stretch film, sealing them against rain, dust and surface damage on the way to the construction site. Designed and built in Bursa by Edda, Turkiye's first manufacturer of horizontal stretch wrapping machines.
Panel stacks travel on the infeed roller conveyor into the Spinner 2200 S orbital ring. While the conveyor moves the stack forward, the ring rotates at 10–35 rpm and wraps 500 mm wide stretch film around it with a controlled overlap, giving a tight, weatherproof pack. The wrapped stack is carried out on the outfeed roller conveyor for strapping, labelling or forklift pick-up. The standard line is 3450 x 3150 x 13450 mm and can be extended to suit your production layout.
