Speedwrap Profiline is an automatic profile packaging line built for PVC window and door profiles, aluminium extrusions and other long profiles. Profiles are taken from the infeed tables, wrapped at high speed with stretch film by double cartridge units and delivered to the outfeed tables, so the line keeps pace with extrusion and cutting lines without manual handling. Designed and built in Bursa by Edda, Turkiye's first manufacturer of horizontal stretch wrapping machines.
Profiles are loaded onto the infeed transfer tables and fed onto the belt conveyor, which carries them through the Speedwrap wrapping unit at up to 36 m/min. Two stretch film cartridges wrap the profile in a continuous spiral as it passes, protecting the surface from scratches, dust and moisture. Wrapped profiles are discharged onto the outfeed tables ready for bundling or loading. Conveyor and table lengths are matched to your profile lengths and layout.

Profiles up to 6000 mm long and 260 x 270 mm in cross-section; the minimum size is 70 x 18 x 1000 mm (W x H x L).
The conveyor runs at up to 36 m/min, so wrapping keeps up with typical PVC and aluminium extrusion and cutting lines.
23–35 micron stretch film, 170 mm wide, on Ø230 mm rolls of up to 3 kg, fed from two cartridge units.
Yes. Infeed and outfeed tables, conveyor lengths and working height are designed for each project; see the technical drawing for your layout.
