Shrink Nylon Lines are fully automatic profile packaging lines that wrap bundles of aluminium, steel, wood and PVC profiles in PE shrink film and band them for safe handling. Built for extrusion plants and profile manufacturers, the line packs bundles up to 6000 mm long at conveyor speeds up to 30 m/min and delivers clean, compact, dust-proof packs ready for storage and export. Designed and built in Bursa by Edda, Turkiye's first manufacturer of horizontal stretch wrapping machines.
Profile bundles are fed onto the line conveyors and carried through the wrapping and banding stations at up to 30 m/min. The bundle is enclosed in 70 micron PE shrink film from rolls up to 450 mm wide, and the banding units secure it so the profiles stay together during handling. Finished bundles are discharged at the end of the line. Conveyor lengths and working height are set for each plant; see the technical drawing for your layout.
