Heavy Duty Lines are automatic orbital stretch wrapping lines for steel tubes, pipes, metal profiles, timber and other long, heavy loads. A robust Spinner orbital ring is combined with long heavy-duty roller conveyors and transfer tables, so bundles of unlimited length are wrapped, protected against corrosion, dirt and handling damage and made ready for storage and shipment. Designed and built in Bursa by Edda, Turkiye's first manufacturer of horizontal stretch wrapping machines.
Bundles are loaded onto the infeed transfer tables and moved onto the heavy-duty roller conveyor, which feeds them through the orbital wrapping ring. The ring rotates at an adjustable 10–80 rpm and wraps 23–35 micron stretch film around the bundle in a controlled overlap while the conveyor advances it, so even very long loads are fully covered. Wrapped bundles continue to the outfeed conveyor and transfer tables for unloading. Line length, roller pitch and load capacity are designed for each project.

Steel tubes, pipes, metal and wood profiles and other long, heavy loads of unlimited length; the minimum product size is 100 x 20 x 1400 mm (W x H x L).
The orbital ring is adjustable from 10 to 80 rpm, so wrapping density can be set for each product and line speed.
23–35 micron stretch film, 170 mm wide, on Ø230 mm rolls with a Ø76 mm core.
